A complex of seven apartment buildings on top of Top Ryde City, a multi-level shopping centre and car park in Ryde.

The fire system is built around a network of eight Pertronic F120 fire alarm panels. These panels control a smoke management system designed to maintain safe air quality during an evacuation. The supports a very complex set of evacuation plans designed to sequentially evacuate all seven buildings, floor by floor.
